Dear member,
Some users have reported to us, they have gotten a warning for a torrent that was already seeded for more than the required time, but still they have received a new HnR warning. Some also got a notification they have seeded their warnings off.
If you have any new inexplicable warning, please check your torrent history. If you have seeded this torrent for more than the required amount, please open up a helpdesk ticket by following this link:

Please include the name of the affected torrents.
