⥇ All x264/x265 encoders are required to include a proper screenshot comparison with the source file in their torrent description, effective immediately.

⥇ TBD internal encoders must ensure that the encode is as transparent as possible without bloating it.

⥇ Internals are not allowed to apply handbrake's default settings or any other encoding program.

⥇ Internals must maintain proper cropping and aspect ratio.

⥇ If any existing internal is unsure about any encoding settings (x264, x265), seek assistance from Google, Doom9, Intl private tracker forums, and TBD forum. IU attribute revocation may and will occur if you use unnecessary settings and values that result in a bad encode.

⥇ To retain the IU attribute, all internals must post at least one internal torrent per year. This is applicable for everyone. (Encoders, Rippers, and Remuxers)

⥇ Any encoders that do not adhere to the revised internal requirements will eventually lose their IU attribute.

⥇ Internal evaluation will not take place until January 10, 2022. Do not open a support ticket or send a PM for the IU attribute in the meantime.

Internals of TorrentBD must adhere to a set of standards that differs them from other regular release groups. Do not rush your uploads; instead, take your time and upload a high-quality release.
