You can get MAM through interview too they have interview on two days a week , join in the morning to avoid waiting list. Most of the members will be invited in to the tracker, even if you fail most of the answers. They will ask only basic which are there in their WIKI (just open that in side tab be fast to see the info and reply)

Yes, they are friendly and the interview process is easy, MAM is the best community for a place to chat , Interview is held on Wed to Thu every week, if I remember exactly.
